On my pig I've got the ABSIII system with servo brakes.  It seems the rear brakes' motor stopped working.  Front is still fine, but the rear brakes is non existent when the bike is on.  As soon as I use the rear brakes or pull the front brakes hard both brake lights on the display starts flashng.  I want to disconnect the ABS unit and later bypass/remove it completely.  When the ignition is not on, it seems that the rear brakes work fine.

The options I'm considering are:
1. Unplug the ABS unit, but keep the present hoses and pipes.
2. Bypass only the rear brakes, plug the pipes to and from the ABS unit.

Any body did something like this?

To service the unit will cost about R8000, and so far it seems its oly in PE and the complete bike must be there.
