Adventure riding course - recommendations please

I would like to do a Off-road/Adventure riding course.

It seems there are 3 choices ??? i.e.:

1>African Long Distance Off road Academy
2>Country trax
3>Honda's Adventure training

Which of these 3 would you recommend?
