Wanted Advice needed: Buying bike with stains on the engine

I need some advice, I'm considering buying the CRF1000L that I've been looking for.
Just have one concern, the bike got these stains on the engine. The bike's been washed, stains but can't be wiped off.
Any warning signs here that I need to know?
