So we're doing a lekker 10 day trip at the beginning of August and part of the route is from Die Hel to Western entrance of Baviaans
I see a dirt "road" on Google Maps/Earth which runs from the Swartberg Pass all the way through the mountains and exits in the Klaarstroom area . Looks like a fantastic ride, but on one or 2 hardcopy maps I've notice that the road ends before coming out at Klaarstroom and then we can get down to De Rust
Does anyone know for sure if the road is open? Would have to get permission from farmers/other owners in the area to ride the whole route? On one map I've checked the road is listed as the Swartberg Trail (4x4)
