I am thinking of getting a Garmin Nuvi 500, I don't need a very sophisticated unit, as I don't get on very well with computer's and the like, and normally don't master more than the basics, All I want to do is transfer routes from tracks 4 Africa on my computer to the GPS and follow the arrows.
My question is. Is the Nuvi 500 the correct one for me, or is there something more suitable?
I also don't want to more than about R2500-00 as I am rather stingy.
