Advice on Lesotho route please

A couple of mates and I are riding Lesotho and surrounds in March. We're planning do do the following route on one of the days:

Matatiele to Ramatdseliso’s gate (border) via Sehonghong & Thaba-tseks to  Butha Buthe.

Has anyone done that route and what's it like? Our bikes range from 950 Adv to Dakars and an 800GS and the plan was to the stretch in one day (about 350 km).
