Need some advice,
Recently bought a KTM 950 from a private seller.
We arranged the sale of the bike over the phone and agreed that i would inspect the bike and if i was happy would pay him and take the bike same time.
I had asked him over the phone if the bike was still financed or if it was registered in his name so that we could sign the transfer papers when i picked the bike up. He said the bike is in his name and that will be no problem. So i organise all the papers, after handing over the money to him i handed him the papers to sign, he says "the bike is still in my friends name, i will get him to sign the papers and he will have them dropped off at my place that week. (i should have postponed the sale right here, but had already transferred some of the funds via eft and paid the rest in cash)
around the tenth of April. Still waiting...
Where do i go from here?
