After the Bash trip

I have taken annual leave,so i have 2 weeks to get home after the bash. My rough plan is to do Sani pass, than slowly home thru the Transkei till I get to St Francis than tar home. I do not know this part of SA

I. Once at the top of Sani is there another route down to east side
2. is it worth doing any day rides from Sani top
3. good route to sani and back via the kei
