i have a k&n airfilter
now i have read many mixed reviews on these
am not sure whether or not i want to put one in soon to be mine

the thought of getting the dam thing wet on a trip and bla bla bla makes me not want to use the paper one so
some people say that because they flow more air they also flow more
crap which makes them bad
personally i clean and re oil mine every 5000 ks
also incase the fit is not perfect or should change for some reason
i put a layer of white grease on both the sealing surfaces
this makes sure it seals and shows me if it doesnt
i pose the questions
is a k&n good enough and if not what is?
