SW Motech is going to import these vests shortly, just in time for Summer.
The way they work is you immerse it in water for a minute or two, dab the inner lining dry with a towel/paper towel, and put it on over your shirt and under your biking jacket.
It will keep you cool for quite a few hours, and when the effect wears off you simply re-wet it.
I tried one out at the level 2 training course in Barberton recently, the effect was amazing.
Price will be around R450-00 nett.
