Alternative fork for 02 F650GS

My fork is busy cracking... check this out :

Seeing that I need to spend a wack-load of money to sort that out, what are the other alternatives? maybe an inverted shock off the XCountry? I guess one can go for a Touratech rally shock, but those must be hellishly expensive....
