MMmmmm, so why do the BMW riders look in control, and the KTM's don't.... mmmmmm

I think there has been some tampering going on here... :)

I think that the BMW riders know something the KTM riders will never know  :pot:

Mark that little hill climb looks like a bit of a *****?

Did riders not approach with enough momentum?

The hill is never the same, and it can catch you, sometimes, you can fly up it, sometimes, not!
I call it Ox-wagon Pass... and it really got churned up, everyone after the first couple of riders would have had "fun" up it...

The hill was fairly loose but the sting in the tail was a small rock step about a third of the way up.
Added to this the guys were arriving in bunches. So the fist bike or two would get through but the others were forced to stop as soon as one person had a problem getting up. Below the step resembled a parking lot at times.

Getting going again was a bit tricky on the loose surface and paddling became the technique of choice.

What hill .....  >:D >:D

:peepwall:

:imaposer: But why was everyone stopped there? If there are people struggling halfway up, best to wait at the bottom until coast is clear and then gas it?

Reminds me of the one hill on the winterberg enduro. there were about 20 bikes littered halfway up the climb, and the only way through was to ride over them/through them, or you'd be waiting forever.  :laughing4:

You can't see the section where the step is from the bottom, where are a few twists and turns in it, the hill also starts nice and simple and then slowly gets worse, then on right bend is the step with large rocks either side, no real round route, you either make it first time or you get stuck.
