Tuareg, Kreef, Goonrider and I went riding this morning in macassar for abit... and what a day it turned out to be, 1st incident, well not really an incident but it was scary, was blasting through the whoop sections in the bush, and next moment I see a black sangoma guy painted with white paint, stading with a spear like thing, right next to the road..needless to say when I saw that I just pinned it to get away, 1st thought I was hallucinating, but Tuareg confirmed that there was a ghost guy next to the road... africa's dangerous hey! :biggrin:
We were just about to end our ride, stopped for a breather before heading out, when I guy on a MX bike came upto us, he knew Tuareg was a doctor, and asked Tuareg to come help cause his friend's fallen.
We came onto the scene, and this is sort of what happened, the guy X, thought it was just one dune, and didnt know it goes down on the other side, before going up again, so he pinned it going up...this picture kinda explains what I mean
The guy, riding a old honda xr, with no real safety gear like chest/back protectors, was seriously injured with broken ribs, possibly broken back and leg, he couldnt move at all. So Tuareg came to the rescue again, authorising a medical chopper to come lift him out, couple of minutes later it arrived
They lowered down the medic guy, all credit to him, he was very professional and good with what he did.
Lifting the guy out on the stretcher
The poor medic guy had to walk all the way back to the main road, so one of the guys gave him a lift
Big up to Tuareg for helping the guy out like that!
