Howdy gentlefolk
I am looking at replacing my Nuvi with something more suited to bikes and outdoors in general. After a burglary earlier this year, and having replaced most of the stuff that was stolen, I still have a credit amount of close to R4500-00 at the store where I got all my other stuff.
Having done a bit of research here, it appears that the 60CSX is the way to go, and I can get a brand new unit for R3669, but understand that there is no map loaded.
I already have mapsource with 2009 streetmaps. Will I be able to connect the 60 and upload / transfer the streetmaps to the unit, or will I have to purchase a card and stick this into the unit?
Secondly, is the 60 better than the new Nuvi 500? I will have to pay in a bit for the 500 if I go this way.
Thanks in advance
