Hello all.
So I sold a bike few years back to a aquaintance. Its still in my name and that's been fine till now. I went to reg my "new" bike on my name and it all went through, however, I now can't get my new disc because the license from the old bike has not been paid up by the new owner. If I hand in that yellow form think its transfer of ownership, and back date it too when the bike was sold will I be able to get the disc then as the outstanding fees are then off my name.
