I love this bike so much so have decided to post some pics and information on what I have done on it sofar and some pics of the progress. Unfortunately I did not take many pictures before but as things go along I'll try and be as complete as possible.
I bough the bike in January. A 2004 model with 50 000km on the clock. It is currently just shy of 57 000km and is going strong.
Here is a pic of the bike as it was advertised by the owner. (Note it is not me and my wife with our fabulous atgatt on the bike, but the previous owner's son.)
These pics are all before pics of some of the things that visually bothered when looking at it.
Mechanically the bike was fairly well looked after and there was nothing much to be worried about.
