Aprilia Pegaso Spares

My Aprilia overheated today and the head gasket went, Aprilia SA don't have stock, where would be the best online shop to purchase the head gasket and a few other spares, namely the radiator cap.

How easy would it be to change the head gasket myself, a certain dealer wants to charge me R10k.

All advice would be greatly appreciated.
