Not to take any shine away from the preferred suppliers that Wild Dogs use, but yesterday I took my broken Zumo bike mount in to Avnic Trading for repair.
My receptionist has just signed for a brand new replacement part, free of charge, delivered to me at work.

Now that is good after sales service.
