What is currently the best headlamp on the market? I had a Petzl Tikka Plus (I think?) - the one with three led's that a had an economy, flashing and bright mode, with a little red cover that you could flip up - not sure what that was for.
Anyhow - I have lost mine in the Transkei and want to get another one.
But I want one that you can lend to the Light House Society of South Africa if ever they may be in an emergency and need some extra candlepower. If you catch my drift. The other night at a braai a mate of mine outshone me by miles. And we dont want that anymore.
But I don't want something that you have to carry a backpack arund to suppurt the battery. Just a simple little headlamp.
Any suggestions?
