Well as most of you know I crashed the 1190 last week and even though I didn't hit my head, I walked away with a really sore neck and concussion headache that drove me mad for 2 days solid.
I do a lot of riding and quite a bit of it involves doing silly things, so I crash quite frequently. I've always had better things to spend my money on so never got a neck brace.
Well last night I consulted KTMGal and we decided I must just buy one.
Did my research and I believe that the NEW Leatt GPX Race is the one to go for. Now I was as sceptical as the rest of you about the collar bone issue and the other issues that people critisised the OLD leatts for so I investigated properly.
I believe if it is built properly by the owner, which means reading the manual and assembling it to the right size and parameters it will work effectively and not damage it's owner. so that's what i'm going to do tonight.
I'll let you know how i get along with it...
