Our Business, Oosthuizen Motors Bethlehem, has already been registered as a Vendor in here, but we have just done our second Finance Deal for 2 Members in here (Both Seller and Buyer), so we are offering this Facility to WD Members.

Please allow me a very Short Introduction:
Oosthuizen Motors was established in 1997, selling Used Vehicles, and has been operating ever since, with an Invoice Count of 5133 .
We have done numerous Finance Deals, and are Approved at all Major Financial Institutions, and also a Registered Financial Services Provider, with all relevant Personnel fully qualified at the NCA to offer Financial Products.
Through the Years, the need has arised to also finance "non car" Products, like Caravans, Boats and Motor Cycles, and we have thus also been approved as "Leisure Dealers" at all Major Banks.For instance, we financed all the caravans of a major National manufacturer for a couple years (they have since got approval at the banks and do it themselves nowadays).
We have started a sub - "division" 4 years ago, called Oostfin, or the more fancier description " Oostfin Finance Solutions"

WHAT WE OFFER
1) Vehicle Finance between Private Sellers and Buyers. Cars, LDV's, Trucks, Caravans, Boats, Bikes, Trailers - you name it. Not Aviation Finance unfortunately, that's a Division on its own at the Finance Institutions.
2) Equity and Consolidation Finance.
Fot the sake of this Exercise, we are offering Bike Finance, this is a Motorcycle Platform. :thumleft:
HOW DOES IT WORK
Lets say Mr A (Buyer) browses around, and he wants to buy a 2012 1200 GS from Mr B (Seller).
1) We get an Application for Finance from Buyer.......takes around 6 minutes, telephonically.
2) Buyer gets approved (hopefully), we are working with an online "Signio" System that sends the App to all the Banks, with an average turnaround time of around 4 minutes - that's how long it takes for a Yes or a No.
3) We compare Interest Rates at all the Banks, and after consulting with the Buyer obviously take up the best " Deal "
4) We contact Seller, and start getting the Natis, or Settlement on the bike, do checks and just make sure everything is 110% above board and legit.
5) Buyer sends us necessary Docs like ID/Drivers/etc etc, and the Bank validates it. We also organise insurance, either through us or any Broker or Company the Buyer prefers. WE DO NOT FORCE Buyer to take ANYTHING he does not want to.
6) Buyer signs an online Agreement.
7) Bank is on " Pre Payout" level, so Buyer can go collect his Bike. ONLY if Buyer calls us and tells us everything is fine, do we pay out the Seller, right there and then, at the agreed Price (between Seller and Buyer).
8) We get the Original Natis from Seller or the Bank, do the Registration on the Bank and the Buyer's name.
............This whole Process, if all Papers etc etc are in place, can (easily) be done in 2 working days. There ARE delays though.......for instance, we will NOT pay out if the Natis is on the Seller's name and we havent received it. We need to "protect" the Buyer here.
We also will NOT let the Buyer take the Bike if everything is not done - Contract, Insurance, Delivery Note, etc etc. And the Seller will NEVER be asked to hand over his Bike to Seller if he/she is not entirely satisfied with the Payment by us.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR US??
We charge a Flat Rate of R 5000,00 per Transaction.
And we also receive DIC (Dealer Incentive) from the Bank.
That is our Financial Interest here.
And that is ALL. For that "Reward", we offer the above, AND:
1) NOTHING else added on your Contract - no forced Warranty or Top up Cover or Life Cover or NOTHING.
2) We get the best Interest Rate for the Buyer
3) No DEKRA etc etc reports, or Proof of Ownership Declarations, etc etc......we have our own (free to you) systems for that.
4) Open, transparent Dealings, with both the Seller and Buyer protected against funnies like false Natis/Settlements outstanding/late Payments/NO Payments/etc etc etc.
