Bike for Softness needed - Low Low seat height a must

I have looked around and looked around, I cannot seem to find a dual sport or close to a dual sport that has a seat height of lower than 770 mm

Softness is a bit short (165m) so on the XT660r the toes barely reach. The BMW 650 a bit lower but still not enough ( not that I want to go the BMW route)

I have heard that there lowering kit for the XT660r but to what height does it actually lower the seat?
