Hi,
So looking at trading in my 2015 GS1200 ADV on a GS1200 Rallye
I have been insured with BMW finance for last 2 years and pay R536pm asked them for a quote on the new bike now they want R2500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WTF
They say because I've only been insured for a bike for 2 years though i have had house and car insurance for 30yrs
2 years ago i had no bike insurance? but a lower rate go figure
So i have started shopping around lowest i can get is R1200 PM ( if i add in house contents which seems to be a prerequisite) is this a new thing that the bikes are now getting screwed over ???
Who is the best bike insurer out there at a good rate and service if there is a claim
