Bike License Test CT - Instructor and bike needed.

After having 6 learners licenses, i've finally managed to secure a drivers license test booking!

I'll be doing my license in Parow on 11 June 2015
I need an instructor to give me a couple of lessons, and a bike that i can rent to do the test on (mine own bikes are not suitable).
Any recommendations (i live in the Southern Suburbs)?
