Bike won't start

So this morning in traffic i stalled the bike and it wouldn't start again, it just swings the motor once and then resets as if out of fuel, luckily i was close to a garage and put some petrol in with no luck. I know pushstarting these 990 adv is impossible but we tried anyway, so after the backwheel locked up i put it neutral and pushed the happy button and it started, no problem. The battery is not flat, cause it started first time this morning and beleive me it's pretty cold here now.

Some suggestions is that it could be a loose connection, because of the vibration from the twin

Any feedback from you guys that have experienced this before or treads re: this would be appreciated
