Yes think the bloody BM under-read should have been -50 celsius

Pajero also had the same reading --(friends vehicle)

It did warm up to -4 celsius by 10h00 (please note Lesotho is cold haha)

I skied at Afriski two years ago. Faaark it gets cold there! Waterpipes all solidly frozen. If they do it properly it must kill Tiffendell, because it's like three/four hours from Jhb.

So did you ladies ski there?

yes I concur tiffendell much better atmosphere better organized,,skiing ok but would like a similar trip in Europe

yes cold but honestly could take even more cold - so not scared anymore --though Id k-k off more

Lesotho is an Awsome aswome awsome place for stofdonkies or eishdonkies in this case

Both my 800 and my buddy's 1150 GS adv (95000 km on odo) started easily at -5.5degrees the PIG did impress me

OK bike 2 keer alleen ek 2 keer saam met bike

Whole story (Sani pass):
- my buddy's pig tried to mount a boulder -- so I put my bike on ist side stand to assist lifting it so my bike moered over -- picked it up wind blew it over the 2nd time sigh

- got warned about ice by fellow riders up Sani -- tried a racing line biked moered on top of me --buddy helped me up assisted by some crazy hikers (embarissing)

- - 2nd chapter same ice bike moered over again --- I rolled/slid about 3 meters away on ice -- picked bike up self and saved what was left of my ego !!

-- on way back from Afriski -- nearly saw ass on ice on tar (saved it though)
