I don't know these bikes but have off course heard a lot about them. The purpose is pure function v $$$. It will be used in anger for the odd rougher day trip, and once or twice a year for longer trips where I don't want to go with the 1150.
The KTM is ready to pack and go. The Xchallenge needs stuff like bigger tank. In the end the two will cost the same.
So the only questions are reliability and running cost. I'm gatvol of sukkeling with bikes. I just want to ride.
