BMW GSA 1200 2006 MODEL

Hi Dogs

I have just taken delivery of a GSA 1200 with 798654 km on the clock, my first ride lasted foe appropriately 400m when i pulled the front brake the brake seemed to grab then let go. Removed the front brake pads and found them to be worn but still useable. Invested in two sets of EBC FA 335HH after fitting the pads rode the bike again even worse
There is also a hissing noise when u pull the front brake lever

Please help
