Boland to Coffee bay

We are a couple of guys planning a slip away for a week. Gonna go Oudtshoorn and north of N2 to Umtata/Coffee Bay and return south of N2 Through Baviaans. Any recommendations on where must go and do not go areas might be? Have ideas but not 1 of us have been to the area, never ever before!!!!
Any ideas to help make our own eastern Cape trip one of note be appreciated!!!
