Boots/Shoes for commuting

What boots/shoes do you guys use when you commute? When I ride off-road I use my Gaerne's but that is really not practical for commuting. Currently I use a pair of Icon Tarmac's but they have reached the end of their life span. Any suggestions and also where to buy?
