Went for a ride in the Borakalalo area today. Thought it would be mostly gravel, but a lot of the
roads have now been tarred. Got right up to the gate of Borakalalo without leaving tar, but found
gravel soon afterwards. (They wouldn't let me in, but I was expecting that). Close to the gate I
saw the biggest snake I had ever seen in the wild, crossing the road. The monster was at least 2
meters long! Here's some photies of the day.

Notice how green the bush is. At some places you can barely see a few meters from the road.

There were a few of these around. Most of them I could go around the side and keep dry. At about
three of them I had to go through the middle, but managed without mishap.

jippeeeee.....that means we got rain,,,,,

actually aparently we had a moerse storm and a big tree blew over....

nice ride,,,pity no pics about the snake,,,sure it wasnt an irragation pipe ????
