Bracket for Scotts steering Damper to fit F800GS

Hi I am looking for the bracket that the Scott steering damper sit in between the handle bars and the pillar that fits on the Bike frame. I have 2013 800GS and I have the Scott steering Damper. Where do I get the pillar and the handle bar mount? Any one got a used one for sale or alternatively where do I get new?
