Brandon Bosch Memorial Ride - Africa 2021

This is the most difficult thing that I have ever had to do in my life.

On the 15th of March 2021, I lost my 27 year old son, Brandon. He was the love of my life, The reason for my existence.

I have taken a leave of absence from work and am going to travel, I just need to get away and try and make peace and sense of it all.

He was the last pillion with me when we did a father and son trip to Cape Town in Dec 2020, so I am now going to do a Memorial Trip with him through Namibia, Zambia, Malawi and Botswana.

I have started the Brandon Bosch Memorial Foundation in honour of my son and created a Whatsapp group for the trip.

I am not asking for anything, but only that anyone who is willing to share this trip with me to send me their personal details so that I can add you to the Whatsapp group and talk to me on this journey.

After that, I am not sure yet. I have not put any periods to any of these destinations as I will decide how long I stay based on the location.

It did not stay as planned and I had to adapt as circumstances changed.

This was not my first solo venture into Africa, but the planning, due to the circumstances proved to be very difficult and took a lot longer than ever before as I struggled to concentrate and keep my composure. There was no excitement, just doubt. Am I actually doing the right thing by going on this journey?

just for info , not sure how long your toolkit has been fitted, i did the same, used downpipe brackets , they snapped off an di lost a tool kit like that a while back ..
