I was one of a few who slept over at Klipkrans on Friday night. This is the road leading to the spot.
Needless to say, the wind physically blew us out of the place on Friday night.
But it is still a beautiful scenery spot. Doubt though whether we would have fit all the attendees into the spot.
Breakfast in Robertson on Saturday morning. The gravel road was absolutely stunning and so were the views.
Lining them up outside the breakfast spot –
The road back to Kniediep – Hein’s farm.
All them beauties . . .
And the SS was also in attendance
Of course, the venue was beautiful and the company good
The food was excellent
And the discussions were interesting – not always in a feminine sort of way though.
And then the trip back home this morning – perfect riding weather (16 degrees; no wind)
Thanks Hein and all those who organised. Was great. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.
