Broken bolt

good days guy.

I'm hoping someone can give me some advise on what to do.
Yesterday I was removing the crash bar on my F800GS and the bolt on the right side going through the frame snapped off.
What happened was the bolt loosened slightly and then tightened up and as I put a little pressure on it snapped in the hole.
In a panic I tried to resolve this myself by trying to drill the m10 out using a 8mm bit,but that didn't work.
Any advise would be much appriciated
