Broken stud on front chain sprocket

Did an inspection of the front sprocket, as the chain is due for replacement soon, and discovered that the one stud is missing. It must either have been over-torqued at the previous replacement and/or broke from metal fatigue. Is it possible to salvage the situation? Advice required please
