DEON 1190
Race Dog
Morning , I am sure many riders here are/ have been is the same boat when it comes to bug splatter. As they dry out they go hard. PITA , but some hot water and a cloth does get the mess off .
My question is this , do you have a hack ? plan b to try and prevent the mess? Touring with panniers the front edges is a total bug magnet and getting splattered is a given , what can one put on the surface to try and stop the bugs from sticking after there head has gone threw its backside , or any other side
.
And then does Rain X work on a visor ?
Part of my take along stuff is a couple of micro fibre cloths that I use to clean my bike , yes I wash it on trips as often as I can. some used for helmet cleaning only , others for bike cleaning . So washing the bugs of can be done, but if there is a way to make them not stick , that would be great .
just asking
