Canals to Beestekraal to Jericho's Rock

Hi Fellow Dogs,

we are thinking of riding the canals to Beestekraal and then onto Jericho's rock this coming Wednesday. Does anyone have a route available? I did manage to find references to some routes, but covers quite a number of detours etc. We are looking for a direct route to the above?
