It is my intention to continue my search for Halfmanshof. This may entail riding some TARRED road, but not too much as there is a nice looking (on the map at least) loop to Piketberg.
I will also, as far as is practical, ride the treasure hunt route, en-route. From Riebeeck-wes I intend to take the Gouda road (gravel) and where I turned left last week to Moorreessbbuurrgg, I will go right this time over that nice little bridge and then left on the tar.
If time permits, I will also check out the canal road at Saron - was quit nice last year.
