My and Cruiser Crazy's 1st planned trip with the Katooms , CC's wife will join on her GS, Paul on his 1150, so we are 5 bikes from Grotto thus far.
As we have never done the trip, you WD's with more experience are so welcome to join(lead) us.
We are not into "riding like hell", as CC's wife, Marinda and their 2 sons will join:
Planned:
1. Theuns( CC) KTM 990 Adv
2. Marinda GS1200
3. Swanniebraai R80GS
4. Biela (my son, Fritz) KTM 990 Adv
5. Paul GS1150
Who else?
Plan to leave at 5 or 6 am from Grotto to Malmesbury, then up to Op die berg, and whatever follows.
Wanted to do Wuppertal but aint there some neerval sand there? Otherwise from Oasis to Algeria, anti clocks down and back to N7 and home, see attached planned route.
Advise and adjustments welcomed.
Only a day trip planned.
