Commuting laptop backpack - What are you using?

I am looking for a laptop bag for commuting on the bike occasionally. I do not have a checkers sixty60 topbox so that route will not work.

I use a 15.6" laptop and sometimes need a hardhat and maybe a jacket with me.
Something with a strap that clips around my waist would be a preference when I am on the open road.

What are you using or recommend as a laptop backpack who commute on the bikes?
