What I ride in this morning!
What started off as a bad ride to work, I ended up with a grin, ear to ear.
Pulling onto the N2 going to CT an around 06h00 my “repaired” clutch cable decided to say “HOOOZIT!” and snapped.
Decision, turn around or head for town where I can get it fixed? Only two robots in town? Town it is.
Now gearing up is easy without a clutch but down is a different story. Any way once you in top gear along the N2 there is no problem.
Between the R300 and the airport the traffic pick-up significantly and I am on high alert! Ghost Squad cop on his 1500 is behind me and we are “white lining it”.
I am waiting for a gap to pull over to let the cop pass. Then in front of me the cage drive on the RHS see me and starts to close the gap, on purpose!! I mean really!
I push through the gap , look at the bloke tap my helmet, shaking my head to show him he is an idiot and does not know what he is doing etc.
The COP Lights up his BIKE and bleeps his siren! Oh shit he’s going to pull me over!!!
He waggles his finger at the car and also shows the driver his displeasure!
