I had an incident on the gravel road, where young herdsman did not take control of their heffers, and at the very last minute, two bolted into the road, leaving me with no time to get out of the way.
Suffice to say, a bit beaten-up and recovering from concussion, I now need to start resolving damage caused by the crash.
The left front crashbar bent backwards and snapped off the fuel switch of my 640 Adventure. Thankfully I managed to find a replacement part from @BSR Motorsports and should hopefully receive that in the post quite soon.
The crashbars need fixing, or should I bother. I’ve read in some forums that they can cause damage to the petrol tanks? How many of you 640 owners have crashbars on yours?
I also need to remove decals, sand the fairings or try and smooth the rough patches, and replace damaged graphics. Where / who did you order your graphics kit from?
