CRF 250 L K&N air filter and Long range tank

From what I read here it seems there is no local availabilitythe IMS 3.1 gallon tank. Is this still the case?

Also, it seems K&N does not have the washable filter (HA-2513) available in south Africa. Does anyone have local contacts for these?
