I have 3 - 4 days to ride back home from CT to Pretoria at the end of April...
We will be travelling down via the Eastern Cape, and approaching Cape Town from that side, the part of the trip is practically set in stone.
I will also be doing some exploring out of Cape Town for a couple of days with Carrots showing me the way.
What I need are ideas of what to see and where to stay starting out in a Northerly direction from Cape Town, to end up back home after 4 days in Pretoria.
I will be travelling alone on the Explorer, so I don't think it wise to tackle anything too technical. I'm also not very much of a loner, so camping out in the middle of nowhere all by myself is something that doesn't really appeal to me.
I'm not too worried about doing 1000 km on one of the days if I had to, but for the rest, I would prefer limiting daily distance to 500 km at a maximum.
So, within those parameters, where would you suggest I go? WWWDD - What Would Wild Dogs Do? ;D
