Dakar 650 VS TransAlp 650

I was wondering performance/power wise which one will come out on top? I know the BMW is about 20kg ligter and have got ABS and heated gripps which make it a very attractive option.  On the flatroad they will probably preform equal, but lets say the bike is loaded will the TA have more torque on a incline because of the twin cilinder?

Which one will you guys prefer?
