I don't know whether I'm the only one to have this problem. I can never get the adjustment of the lever right. For my normal work shoes which I wear every day for work and while commuting, the gear lever is just too high, but not so high that it can drop a notch on the spline. This results in a lot of missed gears and false neutrals.
For my riding boots, it's just a touch too low, resulting in my boot getting stuck under the lever and the constant problem of not dropping the lever down far enough for the next gear.
Is there any aftermarket lever that is ajustable in the centre that can make up for the difference? If not, I'm going to have to make one.
