Dakar Headlamp - Help needed

So a while back my headlamp came loose due to a slight encounter with a fence... ??? I did a McGuyver jobbie on it but this wont hold the vibrations of gravel road, as I found out this weekend.

How could I do a more permanent fix? It seems to me the plastic fittings have worn away and the "plug" type thing no longer fits snug. Could I use some epoxy maybe? Or do I have to make a trip down to the stealers  :-\
