dakar power point?

so last night i fitted my centre stand (awesome) and while i was under the bike i so a little plug that sits just behind the "fake" tank below the oil reservoir.

it has a plastic flip open cap and when opened looks like 'n power jack.

looks smaller than 'n car cigarette lighter type power point?

is it a power point?
