Ok so I have been thinking. Many moons ago when I was young we used to make “Hand guns” for body surfing. By taking a piece of wood ,shaping it, placing a piece of Perspex on it and putting it in the oven to heat up enough to form the hand gun.
Now why can’t we do this with the Dakar screen, all it needs is a few degrees more to deflect the wind over your head and not on to your helmet. On the mould you can place your 4 mounting screws so as not to change there position, fix the screen and place in oven…..has it been done?
Why buy a screen if we could just adjust what we have?
Any Pattern Maker out there ?
